Name: Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Razali bin Dato’ Mohamed Yusoff

Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Razali bin Dato’ Mohamed Yusoff currently holds the positions of Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Nusantara Technologies Sdn Bhd is a well-known business entrepreneur having more than 40 years of experience in various industries, ranging from banking, manufacturing, government agency, HSE and academia.
Apart from managing the company, his main role and preference is more focus on the company Health, Safety and Environment issues.
He is the person responsible for the License, or an OBTL (Orang Bertanggungjawab Terhadap Lesen) of the Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) for the company in compliance with the Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 (Act 304).
He is to be the Chairman of Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Committee (OSHEC) to ensure the HSE is being implemented and all rules and regulations are adhered to.
His appointment as a member of SIRIM Technical Committee for ISO 14000 Environmental Labelling (TC3) had also contributed to his expertise while discharging his duty as Managing Director of the company.

En. Mohd. Diah bin Baba has been appointed as Operations Director since 1995 and responsible in managing the entire Company’s operations. He is also the technical advisor of the company.
He obtained his Diploma and Advance Diploma in Mechanical Engineering which is equivalent to a degree from the MARA Institute Technology, Shah Alam. He is among the very few in Malaysia who possesses an ASNT Level III in Radiographic Testing. Prior to joining the company, he was attached to the Malaysian Institute of Nuclear Technology (MINT).
Since 2011, he has been appointed as a National Industrial Expert by Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Human Resources on Non-Destructive Testing field. He has been actively participating in the Malaysian Society of Non-Destructive Testing (MSNT) as a Panel expert and syllabus creation for NDT in the Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan (National Council for Vocational Training).
With more than 25 years of experience in the testing and inspection field, En Mohd. Diah bin Baba contributes toward the progress and establishment of new scopes while overseeing the overall operations. He is also an optimist who goes all out to innovate and creates potential fields or opportunities for advance testing in the company. With his vast knowledge and experience, he will continue to bring about continuous change and growth to the company.
Finance & Administration Director

Ms Pamela S. C. Chan is a chartered accountant by profession, Finance & Administration Director of the company. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and also a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
She has worked in various organizations ranging from SME to MNC before joining Nusatek. She acquired her vast experiences from different establishments ranging from trading to service industries managing finance, administration, human resource and company secretarial matters.
With more than 30 years of experience, she was tasked to ensure the financial stability of the company and commitment to all stakeholders are met on a timely basis.
Name: Mr. Yeoh Kong Beng
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Mr. Yeoh Kong Beng, is the Business Manager of the company, leading a team of dynamic Sales & Marketing personnel. He obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Federal Institute of Technology in 1993 and joined the company since 2010. Prior to that, he has developed over 19 years of experience serving in the management level in various sectors.
With his wide working exposure, good networking and vast experiences in the automotive, semi-conductor, engineering and oil and gas sectors, he will contribute greatly into developing sustainable and forward thinking marketing strategy to meet the target and objectives of the company.
